SellFast (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the SellFast platform, a marketplace for buying and selling gadgets in Nigeria. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you when you use our services.

When you create an account, we collect:

• Business name, email address, and phone number
• WhatsApp number (optional)
• Business logo (optional)
• Product listings including titles, descriptions, prices, and photos

We do not collect payment card details. All contact between buyers and sellers happens directly.

We use your information to:

• Display your business profile and product listings
• Authenticate your account securely
• Enable buyers to contact you directly
• Send password reset emails when requested
• Monitor platform activity for safety and policy compliance

Your data is stored in a secure Google Sheets database accessible only to SellFast administrators. Product images are stored on Cloudinary, a secure cloud image hosting service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use a single secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie (“mkt_token”) to keep you logged in. This cookie is essential for the platform to function and cannot be opted out of while you are logged in. It expires after 7 days.

You have the right to:

• Access and update your profile information at any time
• Delete your product listings
• Request deletion of your account by contacting us at support@sellfast.ng

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Sheets — data storage (Google Privacy Policy applies)
• Cloudinary — image hosting (Cloudinary Privacy Policy applies)
• Netlify — web hosting (Netlify Privacy Policy applies)

These services have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

SellFast is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use of SellFast after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
